With over 26 years of experience in real estate, Connie Waring has effectively sold in both high and low markets and knows what it takes for a successful sale. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people find their perfect homes.

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, now in Venice, FL, she has fallen in love with Venice, from its charming downtown, beachy vibe, cultural and culinary delights, and its proximity to Sarasota and all it has to offer. As a certified stager and renovation expert, she brings a unique quality to the home buying and selling process.

Having renovated multiple properties herself, she’s able to describe a realistic framework of what it entails when clients are considering that option. From guiding Sellers on making minor changes to increase the value of a property and getting a quicker sale to providing vision to buyers who are considering purchasing properties that need a little TLC to make it their ideal home. She even held a general contractor's license in MN.

As a professional, Connie is known for her integrity, honesty, and tireless work ethic, who also likes to have fun during the real estate process. She listens carefully to understand her clients’ needs, reads between the lines, and works relentlessly to achieve their goals.

Outside of real estate, Connie is a social butterfly. She loves gathering people together to get activities going and to help people connect with each other. She admits she has been called “The Cruise Director.” She enjoys staying active with pickleball, working out, yoga, and walking with friends. Connie is an avid reader and member of several book clubs and loves socializing with friends over a glass of wine. She loves exploring the local community and sharing with others what makes this area so special.
